Hygge very much helps nourish the heart and soul, it is great at supporting better mental and emotional wellbeing. And can be extremely healing on the nervous system.

Start by gathering together those warm cosey blankets, pillows and chairs.
Choose more soft lighting with candles or dimmed lights.
Build a warm fire or get in front of a warm heater.
Have plenty warm drinks, comforting and nourishing food.
Look out those cosy slippers and woolly socks.
Unwind with a relaxing hobby such as crotchet, knitting, a good book.
Create a space to chill out, relax or meditate.
