Hi, I’m Eileen.

I’m an Empath Guide, and I help empaths and sensitive souls understand themselves more deeply, feel more grounded, and come back to a place of calm and true inner alignment.

This work isn’t something that I’ve simply learned; it’s something I have lived.

As a highly sensitive empath, my experience of the world has always been deep, intricate, and at times, exhausting and overwhelming.

From a young age, I also faced rare and complex health challenges, which led me on a lifelong journey of searching for understanding, healing, and a different way of living.

Over the past 35 years, I’ve explored and studied a wide range of holistic, wellbeing, and spiritual approaches.

Worked as a healer, therapist, stress management coach, and meditation teacher.

Not just from an interest or passion, but from a genuine need to find balance, relief, and a way to feel at home with myself.

And to become the more empowered version of myself that I am here to be.

This path has shaped everything I know and share.

Alongside my personal journey, I’ve spent many years supporting others.

As the founder of Stress Coach Training and the Spiritual Marketing Club, I’ve guided therapists, healers, and coaches in both their personal and professional growth — helping them navigate their sensitivity, their work, and the deeper layers of what they’re here to do.

But at the heart of it all, my work has always come back to one thing:
