Frankincense
Frankincense is extremely earthy and grounding, it has many varied and unique qualities from a medicinal, therapeutic and spiritual perspective especially for purification. It is known in many countries around the world as the “King Of Oils”.
Frankincense inhaled and or applied as a massage blend with a carrier oil to the body is deeply calming, deeply grounding, and relaxing.
It also helps balance female hormones.
It’s soothing and healing properties that make frankincense an ideal oil to help support and heal your nervous system, your mind, body and emotions.
Especially if you are an empath, HSP or someone who struggles to feel grounded and centred.

Ylang Ylang also known as Cananga Odorato is known by many as the oil of the inner child.
Ylang Ylang essential oil is extremely soothing on the nervous system.
It is reputed to have a variety of mental and emotional benefits to the user such as moving one out of fear, help improve one’s self-esteem, self-confidence and lack of trust in others.
It is a useful essential oil for trauma, shock, anxiety and panic attacks, nightmares, insomnia, anxiety and stress. It can also help lower high blood pressure.
A natural aid to help heal your nervous system and Vagus Nerve.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Avoid using on infants, babies, and children.

When using essential oils for therapeutic use choose high quality brands preferably organic when you can.
Essential oils are widely available but many brands of essential oils are of a low grade quality.

All essential oils are very concentrated, highly potent and like any form of natural medicine should be used wisely. Never put directly on skin always diluted.
