The 1st Steps To Developing Your Intuition. How to be able to listen to your higher self with more clarity and confidence.

Developing Your Intuition is one of the most powerful life skills that we can have. Mastering our intuitive gifts can help us in all areas of our lives, help us become more soul aligned in our life, purpose and business.

Developing Your Intuition helps you become confident enough to trust those intuitive nudges, really listen to our intuitive voice on a moment to moment basis.

Some people are naturally more intuitive, in some ways they have often learned how to nurture and develop their intuition from a young age.

Do You Trust Your Intuition?

I was fortunate to have a father who encouraged us as children to listen to our gut, follow our intuition. But like most of us I was also programmed and conditioned to fear many of my intuitive gifts and sixth sense. And to give my power away to other people.

Fear Kills Our Intuition

Fear kills our intuition, fear can disconnect us from our spiritual compass and our god given intuitive insight. Anxiety and stress will over ride those Spidey Senses.

A big reason most people today are struggling to discern between truth, fact and fiction. Don’t hear their intuition. Give their power and sovereignty to other people on a daily basis. Trust other people before they trust themself.

Chronic Anxiety, Stress And Developing Your Intuition

That is why someone who is an a chronic state of anxiety and stress will struggle to identify those intuitive nudges. Or may mistake their anxiety, fear, their wounding for their intuition.

The more calm and relaxed you are, the more likely those intuitive nudges will flow. The more overwhelmed or stimulated you are, you are more likely to get crosswires or what feels like nothing.

That is why those who have a strong need to be in control can actually stop themself from really tapping into the intuitive state, which is all about surrendering and letting go.

And those who have mastered a more state of calm, find it much easier to pick up those intuitive hits.

Top Tips To Start Developing Your Intuition

Why Being Grounded Helps Develop Your Intuition

Being grounded helps us balance and harmonise our nervous system, clear and restore our intuitive antenna. The more earthed and grounded we feel, the more centred, calm and relaxed we are.

The more ungrounded we are the more we suffer from overwhelm, overstimulation, too much for the nervous system to handle.

Which can learn to burnout and all sorts of energetic entanglements, incoherence and distortions, attachments to that which is not of the light, or a high vibration.

The Right Meditation Practice For Developing Your Intuition

I believe a good daily meditation such as a more traditional meditation practice should be the one of the first steps to developing your intuition?

Because other than helping us feel more calm, relaxed and centred, meditation helps us let go of distractions, detachments and our conditioning.

Intuition does not come through logic, the more you are programmed to listen to the external world, the more difficult it is to listen to your higher self, your inner wisdom, gods messages, the universes signs and synchronicities.

That is why more traditional meditation techniques are far more effective at helping us let go of attachment, become more still and present. And are powerful practices for any sort of intuitive or psyhic development programs.
