2 powerful things that I believe lightworkers need to work more on in 2024 to step into their life purpose and soul’s mission with more strength and power. In fact it is something I believe everyone should work on this year.
Soul Connection And Soul Power
The 2 main things lightworkers need to develop in 2024 to fully step in their soul mission is soul connection and soul power.
the easier it is to be a clearer channel for living a more soul-aligned life, for discerning illusion and truth as a lightworker to in turn become more spiritually awakened.
The more you can raise your soul power, you will be spiritually and physically resilient to energetic interferences trying to sabotage with your soul’s path.
The easier it is to be truly authentic in your holistic or spiritual business.
Every single person has their own soul’s contract, life and soul path, we are all more likely to get on and stay on our own path, when we have a strong soul connection and enough spiritual power to do what we are being asked and guided to do.
Examples Of Poor Soul Connection
Poor soul connection is like a very distorted radio channel, you can struggle to get on and hear the right frequency or you maybe listening to the wrong channel. Which will lead to all sorts of self sabotage and even spiritual hi-jacking which is obvious self-destructive especially for lightworkers, spiritual teachers and spiritual thought-leaders.
This spiritual disconnection leads to poor discernment, poor choices and habits, lack of confidence and self-trust, jealousy, resentment and victimhood.
Examples Of Low Soul Power
Low soul power, is like a low battery that is working at a low vibration with very limited capacity, it struggles to sustain itself and is more likely to seek power and energy from the wrong sources.
Such as alcohol, drugs, processed, man made drugs, foods, false guides and false light.
Lightworkers With Good Soul Connection and Soul Power
Good soul connection and soul power starts with being able to achieve deeper stillness and disconnection from our programming and the illusions of the external world so important when you are a lightworker and if you are highly empathic.
And involves being able to connect to divine truth that is why I always ask first and foremost to be guided by only the highest levels of divine truth. This helps me reign myself back in when my ego takes me off in all sorts of directions and entanglements with my inner child, victim or inner brat lol.
This helps me get really in alignment with my purpose, my life and soul mission. As lightworkers it helps present us with the right support, right people, situations, teachers and teachings that help us evolve in our life and work.
Becoming More Spiritually Resilient
Soul connection work is extremely powerful it makes you far more resilient to the chaos, confusion and other people’s projections. It makes you far more spiritually aware and spiritually discerning.

Believe me you are more powerful than you think you are. You are more stronger than you think you are. The more we can access our spiritual power the more pure our personal power can be.
Expand Your Heart Intelligence
The more we work on opening and expanding our heart, the higher we vibrate, the higher we increase our capacity to create higher vibrational opportunities and situations.
Be Part Of The Solution
Be part of the solution, by understanding that we all have to take personal responsibility for our inaction as much as action. Have enough awareness when we are not taking self-responsibility for present challenges. As lightworkers we all have different gifts, skills and abilities. We can’t fight every battle, we are not here to fix everything or heal everyone but to heal ourselves, be our greatest selves and we start to become a vital part of the solution, we start to see what we can do.

One of the biggest ways the ego try’s to trick is in life is to think that we can only make a difference, we can only be powerful if something is over complicated when that is so not true. The butterfly effect teaches out of the smallest kindness can create the most positive ripples.I meet so many in the spiritual industry who make bold claims or bold statements they can never back up. Because they feel they need to appear bigger, better than what they are presently achieving. When the reality is each small shift can create a healthier foundation. Bigger shifts not based on the purest intention can be very more damaging.
Get Soul Deep
Work on getting soul deep with your intentions and with your spiritual connection. This is the foundation to get good soul guidance, and much better spiritual discernment, ease and flow. This also helps support you through your spiritual awakening with more grace.
Get Creative
Creativity is one of the most powerful ways we can bring creative solutions, new ideas, new solutions to creating change. The more we all can start tapping into our creative gifts, the more we can channel soul aligned creative solutions. Our Deepest Struggles With Receiving From The Universe
Why do so many of us struggle to ask or receive support from the universe?
Why do so many lightworkers give so generously but have such wounds in the ability to receive from others?
Like many lightworkers I spent most of my life struggling to receive. Despite highly investing in my own wellbeing, my own healing, investing in all sorts of training and spiritual work. Way more generous, qualified and experienced than most of my fellow therapists and healer I found it so difficult to charge my worth.
When it came to receiving and asking for what I genuinely deserved in my life I fell very short.
Like so many healers and therapists I would give so much to my clients but so little myself.
I had so much wounding around receiving it showed up in so many areas of my life.
An inability to receive the right sort of support from the universe can have so many layers to it. For me a lot of the unhealthy patterns feeding it, were layered amidst deepest seated strong rescuer, helper and caregiver traits formed from a young age.
Unconscious Programming That Rejects Support From The Universe
Early childhood conditioning and trauma from our surroundings; parents, culture and religion plays a huge part in unconscious programming.
Programming that at a deep level harms and rejects our divine rights to support from the universe.
It is one of the reason why so many highly sensitive empaths lacking healthy boundaries are often the worst receivers.
So energetically skewed up in other people’s emotional needs, desires and energetic attachments there is little room or clarity in their energetic field for the person to truly be open to their own needs and desires.
And a big reason so many therapists and healers today are carrying around all sorts of negative energetic attachments they don’t even realise they have.
Unconscious programming plays a paramount part on most people’s ability to receive.
It also plays a big part in someone’s ability to feel spiritually connected with the universe and god. In many ways it all comes back to trust and worthiness.
When we don’t trust in the universe or ourselves there is massive spiritual disconnection.
It is why I personally believe poor soul power and poor soul connection is one of the biggest causes of so much unhappiness and poor discernment in the world and in the spiritual sector.
Disconnection in god and the universe shows up in a lack of intuition and lack of faith. An ability to be able to truly ask and receive more support from the universe in our daily life.
We just need to look at the last few years to see evidence in the masses of how spiritually disconnected most people are from their own inner guidance and personal sovereignty.
How programmed they are in certain narratives and in media illusion, so easily hijacked because of disconnection.
What Most Spiritual And Law Of Attraction Books Don’t Teach
Despite studying all sorts of spiritual teachings, law of attraction, manifesting and belief work for over 30 years. Like many people I struggled to receive some of the most basic things I deserved to receive in my life.
But I also could see how clearly how so many books out there like The Secret and even the program The Secrets Of The Secret were only scratching the surface and not revealing all.
Leaving out so many important factors and areas that influenced and interfered with peoples abilities to manifest and receive.
Missing out so many basics in relation to soul contracts, ancestral wounding and other psychic and spiritual phenomena that could interfere with one’s ability to receive.
But it wasn’t until 10 years ago after a life threatening experience in an induced coma, did I start to really explore these aspects on a much deeper level.
Why It Took A Near Death Experience To See Things More Clearly
Despite a life time of chronic and rare medical conditions. And more than a few serious medical injuries, so many would say was a life of insane bad luck( that people would joke you need to write a book)
It would take literally a near death experience, a spiritual experience to really wake me up and push me to start looking at my own life and so many other things from a different perspective.
After this life changing experience, nothing would ever be the same. I would experience so many strange, spiritual and psychic experiences that at one point I seriously began to question my reality and everything I ever knew.
But equally the universe started to provide all sorts of people, teaching and insights that I wouldn’t trade for the world. A path of exploration of so many spiritual teachings and in areas of psychic psychology and psychic phenomena that most main spiritual teachers don’t talk about,
Things that that made me realise how much was missing from so much teachings in energy, healing and spirituality that was amiss.
It highlighted even more the bigger problems with fast track training.
The cost of not truly taking the time to find the right teacher, not just the cheapest teacher or quickest certificate
And why the masses so easily gave over their personal sovereignty and autonomy over the last few years.
Knowing We Are More Than Enough
Knowing we are enough and so much more than enough, is a basic fundamental of our ability to receive.
Our ability to access some sense of personal sovereignty is a fundamental aspect of our trust in ourselves and the universe.
A realisation that we are a god spark, a very important part of god’s consciousness is something we need to experience and feel at a soul level not just view from a mental perspective.
It is one of the reasons I am a big fan of teachings that focus on soul work first than just mental and belief work, that can have too much emphasis on the ego and 3d.
Know you are more than enough, knowing you are made in the image of god, you are a gift of god is one of the most basic but powerful knowings we need to integrate and embed into our psyche and as a collective for us to receive the miracles and support from the universe we all need right now.
In our purest essence we are beautiful gifts in the universe, we are more powerful and more deserving than we can imagine.
8 Tips To Receiving Support From The Universe
Connect With Your Spiritual Self;
Like every form of connection, the communication channel has to be clear. One of the things that so many teachings don’t talk about is the importance of building good soul connection. That is why deep soul work, developing a deeper connection with our higher self, god and the universe helps support a clearer channel of receiving.
Practice Daily Meditation;
Daily meditation is an important aspect of building a crystal clear connection with the universe. If you struggle to meditate you haven’t found the right meditation style, meditation teacher or there is something else going on that is creating resistance, stopping you from accessing that deeper stillness.
If you are someone who prefers to always be active; and are more attracted to what is walking or running meditation, inquire what aspect of the self or your reality you maybe trying to walk away or run away from
Ask and Receive;
It is so important that we start asking for support and spiritual guidance in a heart and soul felt way, so many of us forget to ask, our ask from an energetic place of despair, frustration or unworthiness that what we boomerang back is much of the same.
For example I met so many holistic and spiritual business owners who struggle to receive in business, but are actually approaching and treating their business on an energetic perspective like a bargain basement hobby or car boot sale.
The energy from what we ask has to be in energetic alignment with what we want to receive that is why it is important to ask with a grateful and open heart.
Gratitude and An Open Heart:
The ability to be truly grateful for even the smallest things in our life, increases our ability to receive more support from the universe to do even more in life. An open heart helps us gives from a high vibrational energy without ulterior motives. It helps shift us into an energy of there is more than enough for everyone.
Trust In The Universe;
Trust in the universe, trust in god. One of the ways we can reinforce trust in the universe and god is by tapping into and healing our divine inner child, our magical child. The magical inner child in its light form is a pure channel to magic and miracles. The divine child in it’s light form is our purest connection to divinity within ourselves, god and the universe. It helps us co-create with the universe and those we connect with.
Trust In Yourself:
We have to trust in ourselves as much as we trust in the universe and god. We have to learn to cultivate a trust that we can receive and deserve to receive so much more from the word. And to recognise that support from the universe is already happening every single day, the problem is we are often not quiet enough, still enough to notice or listen. Our egoic mind is controlling the show.
Healing Our Inner Child And Archetypal Wounding;
Healing both our inner child wounds and archetypal wounds help us to heal the energetic patterns that are keeping us stuck and in lack of support from the universe. Our main survival shadow archetypes keep us stuck in self sabotaging patterns of disconnection and destruction.
They can also like many of the other shadow archetypal traits keep us plugged into the 3d matrix programming that is very strong at that time. For example in the last few decades the darkest element of the alchemist and magician has been very strong in many areas of the collective.
We just need to look at the amount of illusion in all areas of our lives even the spiritual sector which has become an industry that is increasingly selling a large part of its soul to the highest bidder. Rather than doing what we do always for the purest intention.
Healing your wounding , doing shadow work around unworthiness can help open you to up to receive so much more support from the universe than you ever expected. When we start to heal and allow more light to come in, we open ourselves up to so much more than physical abundance, we access something much more valuable deep spiritual abundance, deep spiritual strength and wisdom.

It is so important to become mindful of the support, the gifts we receive everyday. God has given us the gift of life, love, joy, the human experience, so many beautiful things and beautiful people around us.

So what does stepping into your power as a lightworker really mean?
A lightworker is a worker of light, a worker of the light and love of god, it is someone who genuinely wants to make a powerful difference in the world and makes that an integral part of their life. At a soul level, they have a great pull to be of service to humanity at a very deep level, to help raise the vibration of humanity at this time. So they choose certain roles, and jobs to be of service rather than focus on the monetary benefits.
Lightworkers have all sorts of vocations they are not just healers, spiritual teachers, and therapists they are the heart-based lawyers, doctors, caregivers, charity workers, and individuals in all sorts of roles that really take their spiritual path and spiritual growth very seriously.
It is not something that is trendy or something that should be prostituted at the highest bidder, it is a sacred journey that many at this time are called to be part of.
Stepping Into Your Power As A Lightworker Involves…
Doing the deep shadow and soul work, being able to face our biggest fears, the dark nights of the soul so we can embody and hold more love, light, strength and power for humanity at this time.
Being a lightworker comes in all shapes and disguises, it is a very different and unique path for each and every lightworker. It is paved with initiations and what I believe is the ability to move through the hero’s journey.
Top Tips To Stepping Into Your Power As A Lightworker
Deep Stillness:
Be still and know that I am god. The ability to be still, to achieve deep stillness is the space where we hear the voice of god, we recharge and reconnect with our heart and soul.
That is why the ability to meditate deeply is important and powerful for the lightworker role,
The ability to be quiet and still, helps us discern between spiritual guidance and our egoic wants, desires and fears. It dramatically increases our intuition and our psychic senses.
The right meditation techniques and the right meditation approach can make a huge difference, I teach a variety of meditation approaches including quantum strategies that help clients and students achieve deep stillness quickly.
Ask For Daily Guidance:
It is so important for us to ask for guidance on not just a day-to-day basis but a moment-to-moment basis throughout the day, to keep us on track. Especially when we feel unsure, overwhelmed or confused.
And as someone said to me many years ago don’t be shy about asking for BIG SIGNS, huge signs if need be. But lol as they say be careful for what you wish for. Only joking but let’s say sometimes these signs come in not just signs but in situations that force you away from a situation or into a new direction. At the time it may not feel very comfortable, but later on, you can see the why, the huge gift within the situation.
Patience is everything as a lightworker, Rome wasn’t built in a day and certainly wasn’t taken down in a day.
The lightworker’s role is not a short mission, it is a spiritual journey that is more of a long strong walk than a sprint. Stepping into your power as a lightworker requires a healthy endurance that needs to be paced. We cannot sustain that role from a state of chronic stress, push, push, pushing or fear-based urgency but from a place of grace and in many ways steady pacing.
Just for today, I will … one step at a time, one moment at a time.
Do The Inner Work/ The Shadow Work
Lightwork involves a certain amount of inner work, spiritual initiations and spiritual growth. Sometimes the individual isn’t consciously aware of these initiations or inner shifts in their life or journey. But they are key situations that raise their consciousness enough to pivot that soul to the next level or lesson in their life and soul purpose and mission.
With each event, we have the opportunity to face and work through our inner shadow, our inner demons or fears. More conscious lightworkers actively go looking for the help, support and teachings that will help them move through the shadow work. Because they know how important this deep soul work is at raising our vibration and levels of consciousness as individuals and on the planet.
No matter where we are or have been on our journey we have to do the inner work, the shadow work, heal our inner child wounding, and heal our triggers. It is one of the reasons I am very passionate about archetypal work as it can be a very effective and efficient way to identify our shadow traits and strengths more strongly.
No matter how long we have been doing shadow work and inner child work, 10, 20, 30 years or more, there is always more that we can do to raise our vibration.
Tap Into Your Magical Child:
Tapping into our inner magical child is a powerful way to access more light, love, magic and miracles from the god essence, Children have such purity and such deep connection to the divine light that it can help us take our creativity and transformation to a whole new level.
Magical Child inner child work is extremely powerful at helping us access magical transformations is one of my favourite tools with clients. Healing the inner child and the magical/creative child helps open us up to the purest aspect of the alchemist, the creator, the divine and magical child. It can help us tap into unlimited potential, and break free from outdated structures in the matrix. Become more divine and authentic in our every day life.
Develop Spiritual Discernment
One of the biggest lessons all souls need to cultivate today is more spiritual discernment. Especially in the world today when there is so much inversion through psychological manipulation of social media and television (tell-a-lie-vision). Where humans let other humans sitting in a digital box or device tell them what is fact or truth without any questions or spiritual discernment.
Spiritual discernment is what helps us navigate through a spiritual war with more wisdom and strength. That is why a good and effective spiritual teacher has to have a good level of spiritual discernment, have highly developed intuition. And is not as easily fooled or swayed by the mass psychological manipulation that is there to confuse us.
This is vital for healers and energy workers who need to be able to spiritually discern what they are connecting to. Not just assume they are always connecting to the highest light of divine truth. In a spiritual war, there is a lot of false light, false teachings, false guides that can influence and energetically interfere with the work we do.
Develop A Spiritual Backbone
I believe developing a spiritual backbone is so important if you are serious about being a lightworker. This involves us having first to have the courage to face spiritual truths about ourselves, our own journey, our weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and what we are teaching and have been teaching.
As well as having the spiritual backbone to face the truth, especially those things that are very difficult to swallow. I know despite being extremely empathic and highly sensitive, every day I face my fears and step into my power, the stronger I become, the stronger we all will become.
The lightworker’s journey is not for the faint-hearted, it is not a fad or passing trend. Something you dip your toe into, to see if it feels good. It is an embedded aspect of your soul’s blueprint. It requires a high level of integrity and courage that can be felt so strongly by others that it ignites others to rise up, to do what is right and what is their calling. The more we develop a stronger spiritual backbone, we help others to do the same.
Be Part Of A Family Of Like-Minded Souls
It can be very lonely as a lightworker, especially for certain types of lightworkers who have certain major roles such as the visionaries. Being part of a family of like-minded souls is both strengthening and nurturing. When we work together and support each other we grow together and create much more powerful shifts.
This is one of the main reasons I created my new co-creating new earth sessions, a space where lightworkers can explore ways to move forward together and build stronger relationships with lightworkers on similar missions or with a similar drive. We don’t need to do it all alone, we are family, and here to work together.
Honouring The Lightworkers Role:
I believe it is important to honour the lightworker’s role. Not to view the lightworker’s role as more important than any other role from an egoic perspective. But to have the respect to see how privileged we are to be given such beautiful tasks on our soul’s mission.
Every single one of us has a different soul journey and life challenges that have been very important in shaping who we are and who will be. It is a role that evolves and grows as we spiritually mature and grow in our awakening and awareness.
When we recognise the value of our gifts and skills, we realise they need to be respected, valued and harnessed the right way. Part of that is also respecting other lightworkers’ roles we may not understand or feel aligned with.
